Summer Ops Camp is a three-day, all-inclusive program. Packages include two nights of lodging, all meals, classroom sessions and on-hill workshops, drink tickets, networking activities and welcome bag. Camp is designed for attendees to experience the mountain resort environment as our customers do while exploring new business opportunities with fellow operators and experts. Tuesday, September 4
10:00am - 4:00pm: Camp Registration at The Westin Snowmass
11:00am - 3:00pm: Activities at Aspen Snowmass Lost Forest Adventure Park and Mountain Bike Park will be open to attendees
3:00pm – 4:00pm: Session: Forest Service (Westin)
4:00pm – 5:00pm: Session: Risk Management (Westin)
6:00pm - 8:30pm: Cocktails, beer tastings, lawn games, tours and sunset dinner at Elk Camp. Enjoy access to the new Breathtaker Alpine Coaster, Rugged Ascent Climbing Wall, trout fishing pond, and more.
9:00pm: Last Call at the Snowmass base village with cosmic tubing with mSnow.

Wednesday, September 5
7:30am - 9:00am: Vendor Showcase Breakfast
9:00am – 10:00am: Session: Summer Ops 2.0 (Westin)
10:00am- 11:00am: Session: What I Wish I Had Known (Westin)
11:00am – 12:00pm: Session: Creating Unique Adventures (Westin)
12:00pm - 1:00pm: Lunch and vendor demos at Snowmass Plaza
1:00pm - 4:30pm: Experiential and educational workshops and demos on mountain biking, aerial adventures, kids programming and more (See more.)
5:45pm: Buses to Aspen
6:30pm - 9:00pm: Gondola ride to Aspen's Sundeck for cocktails, beers, dinner, sunset and an evening presentation
9:00pm: Buses back to The Westin Snowmass, or stay in the town of Aspen for evening fun! Shuttles run regularly between the town of Aspen and The Westin.

Thursday, September 6
7:30am - 9:00am: Vendor Showcase Breakfast
9:00am – 10:00am: Session: Not the Only Game in Town (Westin)
10:00am- 12:00pm: Session: Pods (small break-outs) on topics with industry pros including the dollars and cents of summer ops, operation and ROI of mountain bike parks, adding water elements, risk management, standard and regulations, and more. (Westin)
12:00pm - 1:00pm: Lunch with vendors at The Westin
1:00pm: Optional on-site activities and off-site tours

Pre- and post-camp tours and activities include canopy tours and mountain biking at Aspen Snowmass, and visits to Vail Mountain Resort, Breckenridge Resort, Glenwood Caverns, Castle Rock Adventure Park, Woodward Copper and more. BOOKING TRAVEL:

You can fly into Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE) which is just 3 miles from the town of Aspen and 8 miles from The Westin, Eagle County Airport (EGE) 70 miles west of Aspen, or Denver International Airport (DEN), which is 220 miles from Aspen Snowmass. Flights into EGE or DEN would require renting a car or taking the Colorado Mountain Express shuttle.
